Live Scribing was successfully used for the first time at RAoE annual conferences to support Engineering Inclusive Cultures events. The following year, our team was back! On a two by three meter wall, two live scribes enacted their art while listening to event discussions in different rooms via live streaming.
Our Live scribes visually enhanced the conference and provide a creative boost for attendees. The scribes meticulously captured the essence of each topic, key moments, and generated a visual tapestry that elevated the essence of the event.
The Live Scribing project not only served as a captivating visual experience for attendees but also created a powerful impression. The digital and physical murals resulting from the live scribing activity serve as powerful marketing assets for the brand. They capture the essence of the conference in a visually compelling format.
As a result of the Live Scribing project, valuable insights and findings presented during the event were captured and documented. Visualising the information ensured that the learnings and takeaways were accessible to a wider audience. By doing this, the conference was able to extend its impact beyond its immediate timeframe.
The video documenting the live scribing process serves as a captivating reminder of the event’s highlights and captures the essence of the conference’s themes. The video can be shared across various platforms, enabling those who couldn’t attend the event firsthand to still get a sense of the energy and excitement that prevailed.
The Live Scribing project at the Royal Academy of Engineering’s annual conference was a memorable visual experience that left a lasting impression on attendees and the brand.
