Live Event Illustration at the Day of Science in Vilnius
Our Task
To represent Thermofisher Scientific and its products, we created a large scale wall illustration. As part of preparation for a live event, our scribes created the illustration beforehand, secured the client’s approval, and redrew it for the audience. Although it was a very scientific event, it was extremely exciting for us. Vilnius’ VU Life Sciences Center hosted the Day of Sciences event. The experience of working with and engaging with scientists who are creating the future of science was amazing!
Live illustration process
Our Live Event artists created the scientific illustration in advance and then drew it during the event. Live Event illustrations enhanced the agenda and added a show element to the event.
Two of our live event illustrators provided live illustrations at the Day of Sciences. Afterward, the wall was transported to Thermofisher Scientific in Vilnius for display as a wall mural. Brand murals speak for themselves and tell stories to clients, partners, and employees.
Live Illustration outcome
The result was a large scale illustrated wall measuring 2×3 meters. It now resides in Thermofisher offices, where (hopefully) it is loved and adored. We also created an event / brand infographic for them to use for promotion before the event. Clearly laid out, drawn, and designed, it is ready for sharing with science audiences. Take a look!
