We joined Red Cross for their 33rd annual conference in Geneva and performed digital scribing that supported the closing speech.

The main conference themes were Community Health, Mental Heath, Migration & Displacement, Climate Crisis, Urbanisation and Digital Transformation

Red Cross was organising it 33rd International Conference in Geneva in 2019. The global conference organisers from Red Cross approached us with the Live scribing project inquiry and got our team working!

The Challenge

The task wasn’t easy. We had only 10 minutes to scribe the key-takeaways in front of the global Red Cross audience! Yet, we have taken time to prepare well before the live show, so the content would not get misinterpreted. The Red Cross Shifting vulnerabilities had discussed topics ranging from Humanitarian action in the digital era to the Mental health and psychosocial support for emergency affected populations. The most significant part about these projects is the feeling of being a part of something bigger and helping people. It is the humanitarian factor, after all, that we care about as a team.

The Outcome

If an audience is engaged and the client is pleased with the results – that’s the positive scribing outcome for us. We have worked with Red Cross / Red Crescent and The Rod Kross on a few more projects. Engaging in global Social Projects and visualising innovation projects across nations, focusing on the weakest economies and societies feels rewarding. We always go extra mile when it comes to using scribing to present global concepts that solve global challenges and make world a better place to live. Let’s draw on that.
