Patient Journey infographic

Following the completion of a patient video research project, ‘HAE LIVE’ was looking for a one-page infographic to summarise the project and depict what it’s like to live with HAE from the perspective of the patient.

Visualising infographics

We were responsible for creating an infographic that paints a picture of what it’s like to live with HAE. This infographic illustrates the patient journey, along with a short outline of the project methodology.

Why is this infographic so crucial for the client’s business strategy?

The infographic enabled the client team to share the findings of the project within their organisation and with physicians and patient groups. We presented what it is like to live with HAE. We demonstrated that the Patient Advocacy team at BioMarin should be the first point of contact for any patient insight questions or projects.

What conclusions did the Patient Journey report reach?

We have created an infographic/visual representation of the results of this ethnography. This infographic/visual representation is a reflection of the patient journey that represents the people who live with HAE and helps spread the message of awareness to a wider audience.
