Project Overview

At The Lead Developer Conference in London’s Barbican Centre, we collaborated with HIRED, Inc. to transform their booth into an interactive visual engagement space. As a platinum sponsor, HIRED wanted to spark meaningful conversations about team scaling and leadership challenges.

Our live scribing captured attendees’ insights through an interactive art wall, where developers and team leaders shared their experiences. Participants noted their answers on sticky notes, which we then illustrated in real time, creating a dynamic and evolving mural that visually represented the biggest challenges in team scaling.

How We Brought It to Life

• Interactive Scribing Process: Attendees wrote their answers to “What are the biggest challenges when it comes to scaling your team?” on sticky notes.

• Live Illustration: Our artists translated key themes and insights into a compelling, on-the-spot visual story.

• Brand Integration: The HIRED logo was incorporated into the artwork, following brand guidelines.

• Engagement & Visibility: The artwork became a photo opportunity on the second day, drawing attention to the booth and encouraging further discussions.
